HOLIDAY COTTAGE RENTAL PERIODS
The holiday cottage is normally booked on a Friday to Friday basis.
Short breaks are possible outside peak weeks and availability can be views on the booking page.

ACCOMMODATION
The first floor comprises of one double bedroom, one twin or super king bedroom & one single bedroom, accommodating up five people,
a full bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubical, toilet & basin and airing cupboard, all off the landing.
The ground floor comprises of a large open-plan combined living, dining and kitchen areas with karndean flooring throughout and an electric real flame effect wood burner stove for the cosy evenings and a shower room with toilet and rear hallway for your coats & walking boots.
The Cottage has gas radiator central heating, led downlighters & feature lights throughout.

FACILITIES
The modern kitchen is very well equipped to provide for your every need with a ceramic induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large capacity fridge freezer all by Neff. A washer/dryer is also available in a small utility area.

AMENITIES
The following amenities are provided for our guests:
Fresh towels & bed linen.
A travel cot, high chair & stair gate are available, if required.
Welcome Pack including tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits & a bottle of wine.
*Please note: You will need to bring towels for the beach or swimming.

RESTRICTIONS
Please note that we operate a strict “No Pets” policy 
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the cottage.
No parties are allowed 

CONNECTIVITY
Free fast Wi-Fi is provided, as well as smart TVs in the living room & all three bedrooms.
All TVs are “Smart TVs” allowing you to login to your own Netflix / Amazon Prime accounts, if desired.
A good 4G signal is available throughout the cottage.
Bluetooth speakers are located in the living area and main bathroom.

OTHER ENTERTAINMENT
There are board games & playing cards in the living room cupboard along with local books, maps, visitor guides and general paperbacks.
